salam….saya sebenarnya tgh dlm delima…saya sekrng memegang jawatan tetap sebagai jurutera projek di sebuah syrkat pembinaan.saya memperolehi tangga gaji yang agak selesa dan sangat memuaskan.kerjaya nie mungkin memberikan masa depan yang agak cerah..walaubagaimanapun semenjak akhir2 nie sy mula rasa xselesa disini disebabkan pelbagai faktor baik dari segi tekanan peribadi dan dari segi perundangan negara…rasanya umum mengetahui tentang selok belok bidang pembinaan nie…saban hari tekanan yang dtg bertalu2…akhirnya saya buat keputusan tuk berhenti pada hujung bulan november ini dan memohon GSTT kerana impian menjadi guru adalah cita2 saya semenjak kecil namun peluang yang tiada.
tuk pengetahuan…..minat tuk menjadi guru bermula pada tahun 2001, selepas sahaja keputusan spm diumumkan, keluar satu arahan tiada ambilan kemasukan ke maktab perguruan tuk lepasan spm,saya pun masuk ke politeknik dan bercadang tuk ambil KPLD selepas dip,namun kecewa kerana selepas sy grade KPLD telah tiada, pada 2007 sy masuk ke UTHM dan bercadang ambil biasiswa KPM dengan harapan boleh menjadi pendidik sbg pensyarah di politeknik, namun malang sekali lagi kerana biasiswa KPM tidak dibuka kepada jurusan kej awam kerana ramai pemegang biasiswa KPM masih xdpt posting dan saya diminta mohon pd thn hdpn, namun percubaan pd thn berikutnya masih lg tidak berjaya kerana pemohon hendaklah sekurang2nya berada pada thn kedua, pada ketika itu sy telah berada dithn ketiga kerana sy mendpt pengecualian kredit tuk tempoh setahun. kini saya ingin mencuba nasib untuk KPLI pula namun setelah membaca ruangan pengumuman dilaman web KPM sekali lagi saya kecewa kerana jawatan dan pengambilan tuk KPLI tuk thn 2010 tidak lagi dibuka kerana calon diambil daripada senarai calon simpanan bulan jun 2009…
kini saya berpendapat GSTT lah peluang yg ada tuk saya, namun sy t’dgr plak ada yg mengatakan GSTT tidak menjamin masa depan dan bila2 sahaja boleh diberhentikan sekiranya ada guru tetap kerana ia jawatan kontrak dan ini lah yang sangat merunsingkan saya kerana masa depan sgt penting dan bayangkan jika saya diberhentikan sbg GSTT tentunya sangat bermasalah kerana banyak tanggungan perlu difikirkan seperti keluarga,kereta dan hutang PTPTN.itu lah yg sgt merisaukan saya..sy perlukan bantuan anda semua,samada betul ka tindakan sy nie tuk berhenti??atau perlu atau tidak sy berhenti skrng?? sebarang pendangan anda tlg fowardkan ke .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).........
